I/O Controls’ Commercial Vehicle Control (CVC) Multiplex System is the solution for your multiplex needs for smaller vehicles that require a limited number of inputs and outputs.

Manufactured to withstand the environment this CVC module includes a sealed die cast case with waterproof connectors. The standard module includes 19 inputs and 19 outputs. A J1939 power train interface is standard. For those applications that require the module to communicate in a nonstandard J1939 format custom firmware is available for any application that uses J1939 protocol.

For those applications that require additional inputs and/or outputs expansion modules are easily added to the communication network.

Module programming is completed with a easy to use PC base GUI programming tool.

PC base Real Time Logic Monitoring is also available to assist in troubleshooting issues on the vehicle.
